Peacefully on 3rd June at Y Bwthyn Newydd, Princess of Wales Hospital, Bridgend, after an illness bravely fought, Claire, aged 51 years, of Ewenny. Dearly loved wife of Alun, cherished Mum of Jacob, Daniel and Tansy, beloved daughter of Marion and the late Tony, much-loved sister of Alison, and a dear sister-in-law and aunty.

So sorry to hear this sad news of Claire. Such a shock. It was my privilege to teach Claire at Pencoed comp. She was an absolute delight - very talented, hard working conscientious and always gave her best. This is a sad time but I have so many happy memories - thank you Claire
